ARI (Automotive Resources International), a billion-dollar fleet leasing and management company, headquartered in Mt. Laurel, NJ has an outstanding opportunity for a creative, customer-focused technical professional with 3+ years’ experience as a Project Leader to manage & lead ARI’s Business Intelligence processes.
You will communicate with customers to define requirements and lead initiatives to deliver solutions; help define the business intelligence roadmap and service; prioritize staff assignments; provide regular updates on assignment progress and mentor staff.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; a proven track record managing people and projects; knowledge of data warehousing & data management practices (SAP Hana in-memory databases a plus); familiarity with business intelligence tools (Business Objects a plus) and ETL Software (SAP’s Data Integrator a plus) and proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases. You’ll be well-versed with relational and dimensional database models; stay current with software development trends; possess strong communication, presentation and follow up skills and display the ability to make improvement recommendations, thrive in a fast paced environment and master new technologies.
