At ARI, we believe that the most important investment we can make is in our people. We’re committed to fostering a culture in which personal and professional growth flourish. By creating an environment that encourages learning, our company will be stronger, more innovative and better prepared for the challenges of the modern global marketplace. That’s why from day one every new employee is eligible for 100 percent tuition reimbursement. It’s also the reason that we created ARI University (ARI U)—a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive global training and development program.

The Assesment

To guide their career path at ARI, employees complete an individual development plan (IDP) with the assistance of their supervisor. Strengths and interests are identified, as are areas where there may be room for improvement, and a variety of resources are offered to assist employees reach their IDP goals. This includes more than 100 instructor-led and more than 900 online courses of varying lengths to meet the changing needs of our employees. We also offer a variety of books, DVDs and other resources available free of charge through ARI’s Employee Resource Center, which houses more than 450 titles on a range of subjects. At any time, employees can view their progress, communicate with their development manager, or adjust IDP goals using a personalized portal. In addition, the ARI U Honor Society recognizes individuals who demonstrate exemplary leadership in the pursuit of learning and development.
