We created Holman University, a unique and comprehensive global training and development program available across of all Holman Enterprises’ six operating companies, to give our people the opportunity to grow and develop.
Recognizing and supporting
Employees are encouraged to communicate openly with their development manager and actively maintain their development goals. We also recognize individuals who demonstrate exemplary leadership in the pursuit of learning and development through induction into the Holman University Honor Society.
Holman U features include:
Individual development plan (IDP): Employees complete an IDP with the assistance of their leadership team. Strengths and interests are identified as well as areas for improvement.
Comprehensive class offering: Employees can pick from nearly 4,000 unique resources to reach their goals, including 200 instructor-led courses, 15 virtual instructor led courses, and more than 3,000 online courses.
Tuition reimbursement program: From an employee’s first day of work, they are eligible to go back to school, finish a degree or obtain a graduate degree at 100 percent tuition reimbursement.
