Annual award honors top employers who display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplace
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ (October 26, 2018) – ARI®, a leading global fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, today announced that the company has been recognized as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in North America. This marks the third consecutive year the company has received the annual award which honors top employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.
“Our entire organization is incredibly honored to once again receive this recognition, but make no mistake, the credit for this remarkable achievement truly belongs to our employees,” said Bob White, president, ARI. “We’re in the business of delivering unsurpassed service excellence, and our people are the foundation of this service-oriented culture. We remain committed to fostering a vibrant, engaging workplace that provides opportunities for both personal and professional growth, empowering employees to play a meaningful role in our continued success.”
The centerpiece of ARI’s award-winning culture is its Partners in Excellence® employee engagement program. Established more than 25 years ago, Partners in Excellence provides guidance to employees on the strategic direction of the company while also recognizing and rewarding employees for service excellence. Through various initiatives, events, and employee celebrations, Partners in Excellence reinforces the organization’s core values and provides employees with the recognition and praise they deserve for a job well done.
“The companies we honor as the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces have made the employee experience, engagement and recognition the highest priority. They understand how critical employee engagement is to company performance, and what a competitive advantage it provides,” said Aris Zakinthinos, Achievers General Manager. “The companies on this list serve as role models for other businesses by creating an engagement strategy that cultivates a high-performing workplace.”
The winners were selected by a panel of esteemed judges comprised of employee engagement academics, industry analysts, thought leaders, journalists and influencers. Applicants were evaluated based on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement™: communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values, and corporate social responsibility.
