ARI Recognized by Training Magazine for Leadership Development
ARI was recently recognized by Training magazine for two new programs it added to its Leadership Excellence Series: the Advancing Leader Program and the Potential Leader Program.
The article noted that leadership development is an integral part of the company’s success and that ARI developed the new offerings to help meet the business goal of developing and promoting people from within.
The Advancing Leader Program seeks to prepare high-potential managers for higher-level leadership roles. Nominated participants complete an 18-month blended learning curriculum comprising instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, social learning through a dedicated SharePoint site, 360-degree assessment with follow-up coaching, and participation in action learning projects.
The Potential Leader Program is a six-month blended learning program designed to prepare individual contributors to move into supervisory and manager roles. Nominated participants learn and apply the key management and leadership skills needed to lead a productive team at ARI.
