ARI to Exhibit at NTEA’s Annual Work Truck Show in Indianapolis
The company’s team of vehicle and supply chain specialists will be on hand to discuss how technology and best practices can help companies drive efficiencies and lower costs
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ (March 14, 2017) – ARI®, a leading global fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, will once again exhibit at the annual NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis, Indiana, March 14-17. ARI’s team of specialized truck and supply chain experts will be on hand in Booth #4685 to discuss how technology, data integration and management, and best practices can help fleet managers successfully overcome the challenges that can come from managing a complex vocational fleet, including:
- Finding Consistent Capital Funding and Effective Replacement Modeling
- Cost Certainty, Managing Escalations and Finding Reductions
- Managing Downtime and Driver Productivity
- Driver Safety and Regulations/Compliance
- Turning Big Data into Actionable Insights
A decision made in one area can affect – either positively or negatively – the other areas, which makes it critically important that companies have a comprehensive, strategic view of their overall fleet and an understanding of how vehicles and drivers are performing on a granular level. Without having a grasp on both, a company cannot have a meaningful impact on operations or the bottom line.
Additionally, Partha Ghosh, ARI’s director of Vehicle Supply Chain and Remarketing Operations, North America, will be participating in an educational panel session on March 16, from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. focused on, “Determining Optimal Vehicle Replacement Cycles and Spec’s for Higher Residual Values.” The session will help attendees learn strategies and specification techniques for creating optimal life cycle standards to reduce total cost of ownership over the life of a given vehicle asset class.
