ARI’s Howie Spangler Discusses How to Attract the Best and the Brightest at ITRoadmap

ARI’s Vice President of Development Howie Spangler was a panelist for “Attracting the Best and the Brightest: A Panel Discussion of Computerworld’s Best Places to Work Winners,” on July 21 in New York. The panel session was part of the ITRoadmap conference, an event designed to bring IT leaders together to explore strategies, trends, and solutions for updating IT infrastructures.

The advice-focused session brought together a panel of winning companies to share what makes their workplaces so attractive, including how they attract, retain and train their IT staff; what kinds of career opportunities they offer; and what IT and business skills are most important to them. ARI was recently named for a second time to IDG’s Computerworld’s Best Places to Work in IT. The annual list recognizes the top 100 workplaces in the U.S. for technology professionals.
