Equalizing Executive Fleet Management
Overseeing the executive fleet can be a tough part of a fleet manager’s job, but in many regards, it can be handled much like the rest of the fleet, including being governed by a well-defined policy and holding drivers accountable, no matter their level in the company.
In this Fleet Financials article, Kevin Brunetti, research analyst for ARI, supports the belief that a clearly defined, consistent policy that holds all drivers equally accountable is vital for running a successful executive fleet.
He states, “Though executive-level drivers may have more options when choosing selectors, all personnel should have common standards and protocols when operating company vehicles.”
