Chris Conroy

President & CEO, Holman Business Services

Chris’ strategic vision for leveraging core competencies across Holman’s commercial businesses is driven by his understanding of our clients’ needs and his diverse career, spanning multiple countries and business units. He joined ARI’s Canadian client services team in 1994 and then went on to serve in a variety of roles in the U.S. and Canada. Chris became senior vice president and chief operating officer of ARI’s Canadian business and then served as president of ARI from 2015 to 2018 where he was the key architect of ARI’s expansion into the European market. While continuing to lead ARI’s global fleet operations, Chris assumed his current position in 2016. Today, Chris provides executive oversight to Holman’s three diverse commercial businesses: ARI, Auto Truck Group, and Holman Parts Distribution. Chris attended the University of Ottawa and the Queen’s School of Business.

Bob White

President, ARI

Bob’s 30 years of experience at ARI inspires employees at every level within the company to deliver thoughtful customer service and strive for continuous achievement. Bob joined ARI in 1989 and managed three fleet management services areas before being promoted to director of fleet services in 2001 and then vice president of operations in 2005. He advanced to senior vice president of fleet management services in 2011. From 2013 to 2018, Bob served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, using his vast strategic and operational experience to oversee ARI’s North American vehicle supply chain, licensing and compliance, remarketing, fleet management and call center teams as well as global product management. Appointed president in 2018, Bob leads all of ARI’s global operations. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Albright College.

Mark Bryan

Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Mark’s greatest contribution to ARI is his adept ability to streamline processes, improve procedures and develop efficiencies in any environment. Mark is equally admired for the personal connections he makes with his teams and for developing leaders among them. Mark joined ARI in 2007 as manager of vehicle acquisition and was promoted to director of call center operations in 2010. Mark served as senior vice president of European operations starting in 2011, where he played a critical role in ARI’s successful expansion into the U.K. and its subsequent expansion into continental Europe in 2013. Appointed to his current position in 2018, Mark oversees ARI’s fleet management, supply chain and product management teams globally. Prior to joining ARI, Mark served as vice president and general manager of Miller Truck Leasing Company and several sales and management positions with Rollins Leasing Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Rowan University.

Rick Tousaw

Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer

Rick delivers value at ARI by creating unification, synergy, and mutual vision across decentralized global teams. Since joining the company in 2010, Rick has held the positions of vice president of operations, vice president of sales and marketing, and most recently, senior vice president and general manager, Canada. Today, Rick is responsible for all of ARI’s new business development and client relations activity globally. Prior to joining ARI, Rick served in leadership roles for Molson Coors, Ocean Spray International, and Unilever Canada. Rick has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and has completed the Queen’s University Executive Development Program.

Gernot Leinenbach

EVP & Chief Financial Officer, Holman Business Services

Gernot employs his vast knowledge and experience to drive process improvements and personnel development within the Holman finance team. Prior to joining the Holman organization, Gernot spent seven years at Microsoft where he served first as CFO of the Consumer and Online Division in Germany, then as CFO Commercial Business/Germany, and finally as worldwide CFO of their Enterprise Services & Consulting Division. Gernot joined ARI in 2015 as senior vice president of finance. In his current role for Holman Business Services, Gernot oversees all finance and strategy initiatives for ARI, Auto Truck Group, and Holman Parts Distribution. He is also an active member of the Board of Holman Strategic Ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Hohenheim and an MBA in strategy, international management and industrial management from the University of Saarland.

Tim McHugh

Senior Vice President, North American Fleet Management Services

Tim has contributed significantly to ARI’s ability to deliver a world-class customer experience and has driven the continued evolution of ARI’s fleet management offerings over the past 30 years. Tim joined ARI in 1989 and has held many leadership positions within ARI’s client relations and supply chain teams. In his previous role as senior vice president of North American supply chain, Tim was responsible for vehicle acquisition, compliance, and remarketing services. Today, Tim oversees ARI’s North America call centers and fleet management support services. Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in management from St. Joseph’s University.

Denise Wildish

Senior Vice President, Global Service Excellence

With a keen eye for service excellence, Denise imparts great insight from the customer viewpoint to ARI’s North American operations and overall strategy development. Throughout her 25-year tenure with ARI, Denise has held roles in client relations, operations, and performance excellence which have led to the creation of our Voice of Customer Programs and the implementation of service standards, all contributing to ARI being the fleet management service leader. In 2015, she served as vice president of Global Performance Excellence, overseeing ARI’s employee engagement program, global client service strategy and strategic services. In 2018, Denise was named a winner of the second annual FORTUNE Partners Top Service Leaders, recognizing her relentless focus on customer service and creating Raving Fans. Denise has a bachelor’s degree from Ryerson University, completed the Queen’s Executive Development Program and has completed several other leadership programs with the Schulich School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Executive Education.

Anthony Foursha

Senior Vice President, Sales

Anthony’s unique ability to align customer business challenges with strategic solutions has helped ARI clients realize success for more than 20 years. Anthony began his career at ARI as a district sales manager in 1998, responsible for supporting client needs in Texas and Oklahoma. In 2008, Anthony took on the challenge of launching and heading ARI’s esteemed strategic consulting group in delivering operational and cost improvement recommendations to clients. Returning to sales in 2010, Anthony served as director for the eastern region and was appointed vice president of sales in 2013. Since 2017, Anthony has successfully led ARI’s new business development efforts within the United States and Canada. Anthony has a degree in business management and economics from Texas A&M University. He has also attained multiple certifications from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Executive Education.

Rick Deeck

Senior Vice President, Marketing

As our company’s storyteller, Rick’s comprehensive experience across the Holman organization uniquely qualifies him to communicate our past, present, and future commitment to employees and customers. He joined ARI as a junior accountant in 1996, moving and learning across multiple departments including accounting, operations, customer service and sales before pioneering the position of manager of fleet solutions in 2005. He became director of fleet solutions in 2007 before transitioning to director of marketing in 2010 and being named senior vice president in 2016. Rick’s communications expertise has earned him increasing responsibility and scope inclusive of all Holman operating companies, leading initiatives to engage the hearts and minds of our clients and employees in the process. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Rutgers University.
