Traditionally, the arrival of spring’s warmer weather also ushers in one of our favorite times of the year; the beginning of conference and trade show season.
Our industry’s annual conferences are among the highlights of the year for many, providing a unique opportunity to share information, learn about the latest fleet trends, and engage in thought-provoking discussions that help to shape the future of our profession. But perhaps most importantly, these annual events are a chance to reconnect with a truly remarkable group of business partners, colleagues, and friends from across the industry as together, we celebrate our collective accomplishments.
Typically, the NTEA Work Truck Show gets the season started, but similar to many aspects of our lives these days, the pandemic forced this year’s conference to shift to a virtual setting. And while we’re certainly disappointed we were unable to connect with each of your in person, we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to share some insight and perspective on our rapidly evolving industry.
Lightening The Supply Chain Load
With the vehicle supply chain severely disrupted as the entire automotive landscape works to overcome the lingering effects of the pandemic, Holman Enterprises’ team of fleet management and manufacturing experts shared strategies to help you navigate these unprecedented challenges.
Among the highlights of this year’s virtual event was our team of engineering and product specialists from Auto Truck and Kargo Master discussing unique vocational solutions to simplify and strengthen your supply chain during these uncertain times. At the virtual booth, you’ll learn how Holman is able to leverage the natural synergies of our businesses to design, build, and deliver the customized, work-ready vehicles your business needs to drive revenue. Additionally, Cameron Vreugdenhil provided a virtual tour of Kargo Master’s innovative equipment and upfit products for commercial vans that transforms these popular vehicles into the multipurpose powerhouses your fleet needs.
At ARI’s virtual booth, we invited you to think differently about fleet and embrace a holistic mindset for managing the continuous lifecycle of your vehicles – buy, drive, service, and sell. Of particular note, our remarketing experts Chris Clarke and Mike Buchanan shared their perspective on the latest market trends and offered strategies for effectively disposing of complex vocational vehicles at the end of their lifecycle to ensure you’re maximizing returns. You can also hear how we’re leveraging our unique collection of automotive core competencies to provide a seamless supply chain solution that increases savings, shortens lead times, and reduces your total cost of ownership.
While there’s nothing quite like the passion, enthusiasm, and excitement of the convention floor at the Work Truck Show, we hope this virtual setting helps to provide some insight for how you can streamline the complexities of your supply chain. Be sure to keep you fingers crossed and hopefully this time next year we’ll be able to reconvene in Indianapolis to enjoy one of true bright spots on the industry’s calendar.
